We offers free U.S. standard shipping on orders $35+ (excluding taxes and after promotional discounts applied.). U.S. Shipping for orders under $35 has a flat rate shipping cost of $6.95 USD.

Can I cancel my order?
We try to process your order as fast as we can. That means there’s little time to make adjustments or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order with the order number and the subject line as "Cancellation".

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of purchase date. Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale.
Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. SHINE32 is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.
